Trinity's Engineering & Environmental, Health & Safety (E2HS) Workforce Solutions business line connects engineering professionals with the most recognized Biotech, Chemical, Specialty Polymers, Energy and Building Materials companies in the world.
E2HS is seeking an early career Engineering Recruiter to work full-time sourcing Engineering & EHS talent. The successful candidate in this role will a minimum foundation of previous metrics-driven engineering staffing experience.
The position is benefits-eligible, including Medical, Dental, 401K, paid time off and holiday pay. A company laptop and recruiting tools will be provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting sourcing, recruiting and administrative activities.
- Continuously source to achieve and grow candidate pipeline.
- Maintain Bullhorn Database and keep up-to-date candidate information.
- Identify, source and pursue qualified engineering and environmental professional talent.
- Utilize social networking platforms to build and maintain a candidate pipeline including Linkedin Recruiter, iHire, and Bullhorn.
- Cold call and network to find new talent.
- Review position requirements/needs/profiles to ensure that all staffing issues have been properly vetted.
- Successfully identify, screen and submit enough candidates to ensure the direct hire goal is met.
- Make 3 direct hire placements on average per quarter.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required (Life Sciences preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience within Manufacturing, Chemicals, Polymers, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Building Materials, or Energy industries is required.
- Recent Engineering or EHS sourcing required.
- Hours will be minimum 40 per week during normal business hours, in home office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bullhorn staffing, and Linkedin Recruiter.
- Must be able to show self-initiative and work independently.
- Must show high level of curiosity, organization, motivation and focus.
- Excellent organizational skills, including self-tasking, follow-through, and following up
- Must be comfortable cold calling candidates during business hours.
- Must be ready and available outside of normal business hours to follow-up on urgent business items.
